I get mine next week (10/14) being delivered from GA to FL! Been driving Aplina B7's since 2009 and they no longer make them. So I'm going with this XB7 as I am an Alpina loyalist. Thanks for such a warm, detailed and honest review. BTW, regarding your comment about the extended shadowline trim in an earlier comment, I had the front grill removed along with the chrome rear strip and are having them wrapped in gloss black. No chrome lol.

@@mattstephenson4345no regrets at all. Just love this vehicle. I’ve been driving Alina 7’s since 2009 and when they discontinued that, I chose this. Interior set up is rear buckets. Love the car.

First off, great review. I currently own the ‘23 X7 M60i and came from a ‘21 40i. The difference is just mind blowing. I really do think that the Alpina version is unnecessary after driving it. Don’t get me wrong it’s an incredible car but it’s not much different from the M60i. I’ve hit 3.9 seconds from 0-60 in my M60i and the Alpina would be pretty similar too. My M60i was optioned to 129k and an Alpina in a similar spec would be close to 160k. I think it’s capable of everything that the alpina does.

The X7 M50 or M60 is a really good option if you don't want to pay 20k extra for 100hp. 😁

I'd argue that the luxury content of the M50 when rightfully equiped and paired with the Tartufo Merino Extended Leather option is gonna feel just as good.... 😆. But I am biased, because I didn't love some of the choices that they made for the Alpina, like no extended ShadowlIne Trim option.
