"This is our 2nd exercise. We did 4,000 reps with ALL of the weight."
When we hit the road you only have a brief moment to see if you want to test yourself and jump in with the likes of Branch Warren whom along with Johnnie Jackson is one of the original TRAIN INSANE bodybuilders.
Ben Chow happened to decide to train legs with Branch Warren when we hit up the House of Gainz in Georgetown, Texas which is about 20 minutes north of Austin.
For those of you who know wad follow Ben Chow, he does not shy away from heavy weights. In fact he has been known to lift some world class poundages when it comes to bodybuilders.
"It was not the weight that was killing me. It was the pace and the volume combined with intensifiers."
Fair warning that this video has a lot of shaky and off frame footage given the fact that we all had to part take in the stripping of plates for the drop set on the leg press. So the cameras went to the floor and back up again to continue the drop set.
Ben jumped at the chance to train legs with Branch Warren, survived and didn't quit and went on the rest of the Austin tour. Stay tuned for more from in and around the Texas capital including a lot more epic gym visits.

Love seeing branch, I’m same age and have followed his career for years! Absolute beast in the gym! Still can’t believe some Fuking comments about form!!! Jesus! The guy has been one of the biggest densely muscled and conditioned bodybuilders of all time! And now retired still looks amazing! Healthy ripped and still carrying a silly amount of muscle!

It is 100% true.and true for anything you do.if you think about it everything you do is mental.alot of times ppl don't even realize they've been going to the gym losing fat building muscle but don't realise in the process how much there mind has changed and toughened up as they do it.im telling u if u really learn how to master ur mind things become easy that u thought were hard

Hi Guy’s, I Love your content, but the style in which you shoot your videos causes some people like myself to get motion sickness therefore I can’t view the entire video. I’m not sure if it’s only me but I’m hoping some videos go back to the traditional way of filming, Thanks!

What's the weight conversion from full to quarter reps..+30% weight and +40% with knee wraps..so 500 would be 750 or 700-1000lbs x10!

While their range of lotion seems really short, knees to chest on heavy leg presses is a great way to suffer a severe lower spine injury
@tonymccartan5469
@tonymccartan5469 3 жыл бұрын
If you want to train quads then tension stays on quads... Legs to chest is mostly hams and glutes. Once you go past parallel its all on the hams and glutes. Common mistake with leg press.... Narrow and short rep means quads. Wide and deep is hams

Branch trains like trash doesn’t take an expert to see that he has good genetics so he can train like shit and still grow but his form is trash he is going to end up like Ronnie

@@josephgarley9267 I appreciate the input. I intentionally wrote it. If I said Branch trains like trash, I get bombarded from people who like Branch. It is a lose situation from both sides.

Hi Sir Branch Warren , you have the right mindset . But you are sweat to much , you are not a powerlifter you are a Bodybuilder my advice , training different can improve the fullnes in your muscle , do the reps slower and not so much reps if you want to increase muscle mass , slower repetions , i like your work ethic , but you can training smarter and you will look much better . More fullness rounder muscle bellys . You are a Silverback you dont have to prove nothing to nobody and not to yourself either . I would like to see you when you are 79 years old and still training and moving good , the ball is in your hand , start training smarter and you will feel much better . Metro Flex Gym Nr 1 Gym , i would like to see you on some stage , veiny grainy solid muscle round muscle bellys sharper then you ever been never flat , muscle like a Texas Bull . I send you warm Greetings from Sweden , i wish you the best training summer
