A lot of people don’t understand how hard barbell squats are after intense leg extensions sets. That’s when you really know if you’re really that strong.

Slightly hurt my back and cant squat properly, i now do heavy leg extensions superset right into smith machine squat. Just exhausting the legs to the point where any weight will be a lot

@@ArtGuides always do what works best for you brother…… I usually start off with leg extensions 4 sets of failure then go right into barbell squats 3 sets 315x10 feels 3 times heavier then do some good ol school body master hack squat 4 plates each side for 2 sets of failure (10-15) finish of with some hamstrings legs curls and legs be sore for days.

Im 52 years young, I squat close to 700lbs for reps, You guys are gassing out before you can lift some serious weight because of bad form..Swinging the legextension like a maniac is easy..try and do it slow and see..Squating while looking down at the ground? Leave some reps in the tank, Go heavy but lower reps..High reps have their place especially for legs but not everytime..

@@alishabanks5697 come on now. Do you see them? First off, why does it matter if it’s 10% short if the intensity is more than anyone you or I know personally can take themselves to, and secondly, who the hells the judge here? @@blakemitchell31 yeh, the intensity is extremely poor. It would be more intense to do full squats and not little sweet Tincker Bell knee bends! I do agree with you that full squats don't win Mr Olympia but sloppy form, momentum, swinging partial reps and unlimited quantities of pharmaceutical grade anabolic steroids do. I'd much rather see a full squat with half the weight they use than this adorable little curtsy these juice mongs perform. Merry Crimbo 👍

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. John 3:36 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭23 Jesus Christ is the only way, seek Him while He may be found, before it’s too late, tomorrow is never promised.
