This is Sooooooo Spot On... and nowhere is the "Open Door Myth" better utilized than at AMAZON. What's more... in warehouses there are no Doors... just empty st😅anding tables. Is there an office?? Who knew! SOLID GOLD JOE!!

I did an open door policy twice and I ended up getting bullied by my regular co workers, team leader and coach/manager. Now I did another one because I’m never allowed to take any of my breaks, yet everyone else gets their breaks.

It's illegal for them to not allow you your break. Gotta report them for that, man.

I think people are afraid to speak up in companies. Their fear is lose there jobs over a topic that maybe a boss is doing wrong.

Hi Felix. I can understand what you are saying. However, a manager who creates a safe workplace for their employees allows for a greater degree of communication and input from those employees. A good boss makes all the difference. That's why I do what I do. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
