That makes me happy to hear! It is good to take healing seriously, and also to remember to laugh and smile along the way!

Check out Dr. Amy's demonstration of a breathing technique at 13:11 that can stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system to help you relax :)

Nathan your current vision!
@NathanOxenfeld3 жыл бұрын
My current vision fluctuates between 20/10 when I'm more relaxed and 20/40 when I'm more stressed. I have been living with this naturally clear vision for 6 years now, after depending on strong glasses/contacts every day for over a decade. I am so grateful for my vision transformation, and I still pinch myself sometimes to remind myself that I used to have such blurrier vision compared to the astounding clarity I have now without glasses.

can you do a video on breath work during workouts? like when to breathe in and out, etc :)

Hey great video but i thinknyou put too many ads, its very distracting and annoying when trying to listen as podcast and i have to constantly pull up my phone to skip the adds because its also these very annoying ads about self improvment that are usually very long. So i would really appreciate if you dont put ads in middle of video that interrupts! Youd probably get even more views then aswell :) thanks

Nathan I've seen you reply to someone about sun alternatives during sunning. You only brought up the kind of lighting and didn't go further. Because of the daily need to do this and time I really don't want to waste my time and effort sunning incorrectly with wrong lighting. To go further into my unique problem all my lightbulbs are behind decorative casings or maybe they're not casings because I can't figure out how to open them so it could be LED

Hello there, I was watching your video kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHWVp2algcR1bMk on training glasses. I was wondering how do I get my pupillary distance? Thanks!
