as a nuggets fan i am so happy that the nba is back so that people can see that the nuggets got better over the offseason. we have a good orchestrator off the bench in russ (better than reggie jackson), a player that fits perfectly into our offense in strawther, an actual serviceable backup center for the first time since 2020 (when it was 30 year old mason plumlee) in saric, and an improved peyton watson. braun is better suited to handle wings than KCP is and was a good shooter on lower volume last year. the nuggets lost to the team that was literally designed to beat them (tim connelly, former nuggets GM went to minnesota to build a team to beat denver) and then that team got worse by losing KAT. our 9-man rotation is top-2 in the league with the celtics. i am very excited for this year's nuggets, and even more excited for next year when daron holmes is back from injury so we have another backup big!!

My bold predictions: He will start before the season is over (instead of Braun), and if he proves that he can consistently score as a starter (average about fifteen per game), and Denver does not win this year (24/25), they will trade MPJ away (for picks), and put Watson in the starting lineup in place of MPJ. The 25/26 Denver, with the starting lineup of Jokic, Murray, Watson, Gordon and Strawther, provided they get another shooter off the bench (similar to Duncan Robinson), will win the title.
