Neuroscience on Meditation, by tdhr way if someone don't know there are 6 type of Mediation : 1.japa, 2.tapa, 3.dharana, 4.dhyana, 5.samadhi, 6.shoonya. I believe neuroscience on Meditation will going to be one of the most interesting, because in today's world most of youth don't take medication as seriously as we should... That's why as a influencer who is connected with Youth and Gen Z if Tanmay could do Podcast with Sid that will be Great learning about the importance of mediation.

THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️ First time ever in my life I've seen/heard/conversed with a third person (Tanmay or Sid) through a digital channel (youtube), exactly! how I perceive Neuroscience in my thoughts and learning and only discussed with my best friend. I have a few questions on same topic especially PUBG 1. The reason why people like PUBG is because it's close to reality There's a character which is more interactive and there real players playing the opponents, guns etc are close to real ones.... So, What difference it makes to the brain compared to other (fictional) games?

We do have artificially made NE for various kind of things. Sadly there are so many things other than NE that causes coma, so we can’t cure coma with NE. :(

I can give you a simple tip. Addiction basically works on reward loop. The more you consume something, more reward you you get and slowly you become addicted to that. To break that loop replace it with something. Whenever you feel to watch porn or KZbin, do something else. Go for walk, do some household chores, talk with a friend, anything. Urge will go away gradually.
