The Father should never raise his head again 🚮🚮🚮🚮… I think one day with old age, sickness etc, he will realize that these children were the best thing that God gave him and as with many many regretful folk, it will be too late. The father is suffering from self hate, Marilyn was giving him what he never experienced as a child unconditional love and patience. The things that he never got from his mother. He gravitates to what is normal to him abandonment and abuse. Marilyn is a great woman, she raised beautiful intelligent kids God bless them, as for the father he needs healing, there is no sanity in his actions. The father's mother wants her son to be like her, that's why she encourages a behavior that hurts children.

After listening to the son , he makes a LOT of sense, i realize why the whole notion of bekezeling is useless and damaging. Not only does it break and destroy the abused wife's entire life but it definitely breaks down the kids as well. Now you have kids roped in to BEG their father to man up. To chase after a man who has chosen to abandon his responsibility towards the family. This is more than the Amanda woman and brenda woman. There are men who cheat on their wives but provide and sleep at home. Just that some men believe or were taught that a nyatsi keeps strengthens the marriage so they eat outside but dont abandon their families. This man is toxic and he is broken and beyond reproach. Lets normalise walking away cause some red flags are not a joke. This story is so common and not unique to this family . no wonder some women are taugjt independance and that marriage is not a ticket to heaven. Because of such stories. Shuuuu so draining but bekezela is not the way to go. If something is yours why must you bleed and your kids bleed just to keep it and force it to love and nurture its kids.
