More powerful stuff! This has been a trait of mine for years, the negative self talk over years really can grind you down until you change the narrative!

I'm glad to hear that you found the information helpful and resonated with it. Negative self-talk can indeed have a profound impact on our mental and emotional well-being, and it can be challenging to break free from these patterns. However, with awareness and effort, it is possible to change the narrative and develop a more positive and supportive inner dialogue.

I'm glad to hear that you found the video helpful. Learning new skills and putting them into practice can indeed take time and effort. However, the more you practice, the easier it will become and the more natural it will feel. Just like with any other skill, persistence and consistency are key.

❤ Thank you! Great definition on what discipline actually means: Discipline is simply keeping YOUR word to YOURSELF. That’s an awesome perspective. To me, from now on discipline is not something I do for other people. So every time I failed to do stuff what is needed to be done or what I wanted to done, then I simply let myself down, because I did not kept my own word to myself! 😬🫣😞 Like going to the gym regularly and working out, or choosing better food pattern etc. 😅

I need something more, so the group is probably not designed for me. The perspectives here are grounded in great values and full of sophisticated as well as ground-level insights. But my understanding is far beyond what is presented. I surmise from this presentation that if I joined the elite mastermind group my role would instantly convert from client to that of counselor. All very 'tome.' In contrast to the name 'Elite,' the level of learning feels sophomoric.

@@yerbasanta6549 Hi Yerba I can see why you might assume that from the video. I have just signed up for EMF/EMT and there is no Elitism at all. It's quite tbe opposite. It is about making the most Elite version of yourself and then having a positive contribution on the world. In short love yourself so that you are capable of truly loving others and therfore have a positive contribution on the planet. Prior to doing USM which is outstanding value I am certain I would have perceived the video in a similar vein so I can get your point of view. Have a great day.

Great video as always. I had a question about where you briefly mentioned an example of asking someone how they are doing but they respond generically saying they are doing good regardless of how they actually feel. How would you suggest asking someone how they are doing other than the basics" how are you" to get them to say how they are really feeling? Or is it better not to try to force someone and wait until they are comfortable?
@TheRealPeterSage
@TheRealPeterSage Жыл бұрын
Hi Walrusky, It's great to hear that you found the video helpful. Asking someone how they are doing is a common way to show that you care and are interested in their well-being. However, as you pointed out, people often respond with generic answers such as "I'm good" or "I'm fine," even if they may not be feeling well. If you want to get a more accurate sense of how someone is feeling, you can try asking more specific questions or using a more open-ended approach. For example, instead of asking, "How are you?" you could try asking, "How have you been lately?" or "What's been going on in your life?" These types of questions encourage the person to share more information and give you a better idea of how they are truly feeling. The most important thing is to be empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive. By showing genuine care and concern, you can create a safe space for the person to share their thoughts and feelings when they are ready. I hope this helps..
