Philadelphia International Records which was Gamble & Huff produced a staggering number of hits. There is a Nederlands TV documentary on them, that is amazing. Remember buying the ship ahoy album when it came out all the tracks were fire on that LP. they started putting out smash albums like a factory after that. I believe that the o'jays was the most requested act to perform on soul train and was because of the fact that they were turning out so many great songs that the people wanted to see and hear them in person. O'jays for life.
