True words sir..true words...I'm 47 and have worked out on and off consistently since I was 17. It's kept my metabolism pretty high and the longest time I've taken off was about a year and it showed when I lost muscle but as you said muscle memory happens and I can swell up pretty quick and I can outwork and look way younger than the other guys I work with especially guys in the same age bracket...stay at it and maintain...you let yourself go long enough and the body breaks down and it's harder to bring it back 👍

TRT, every single one of them is on TRT, also known as a therapeutic dose of steroids (atleast to mimic the natural levels they'd have at 25) Bautista is deff on more as WWE wrestlers tend to really up their dosages. Dudes: Punches, if you know how to dislocate your body weight properly, it will pump your legs to the max. Just look at Mike Tyson's power punches and his legs. That´s no coincidence. In boxing, you need to bend your knees in order to punch at the trunk area of your opponent. And, in order to explode any straight punch you need to learn how to accumulate energy from your legs. You can generate a ton of energy just using legs and hip movements. Stay sharp. Stay safe. Stay strong there. From Brazil, not a native English speaker, cut me some slack. Nice channel!

Really agree with big Dave; keeping in shape physically keeps your mind in shape. And it may sound a little shallow, but if you don't like what you see in the mirror (and I don't mean in a narcissistic, vain way) then feeling even a little self-loathing because you've been lazy and sloppy for however long can't be good for your mental health.
