This really is the truth of existence and or enlightenment. The more you know yourself, the more you just have the core values you want, as a way of being and moving through the world, the more likely you are to actually achieve whatever it is you think/thought you want. It's taken me a lifetime to realize this, even though I understood it intellectually for years. Really listen to this video all the way through to the end and soak this up, allow it to be sink in deeply and begin your journey to self awareness. Thank you Damon!

So the Value we all seek is this… To be Completely Fulfilled in the feeling of satisfaction, satisfaction to feel accomplished, accomplishment to feel freedom, freedom to feel joy and joy to feel happy with the internal self… now apply this to all your values and see how they change your perspective 🎉
@DamonCart4 ай бұрын
Freedom, joy, and accomplishment are all values. They are values that most of us value but perhaps not all of us. We definitely value them to varying degrees. What's important to understand is that we make our decisions and choices based on seeking to fulfill a value or values. Just like electricity conducts because of potential, we seek fulfillment of our values in directions that we see the potential to do so. Before we begin chasing though, first ground yourself in the understanding that you are the source of the value you seek. You won't find more value "out there". You will fulfill value based on your engagement with life. You can sit still and access it like a Buddhist monk or you can slay dragons, or both.

If self-concept is two words, I'd say the word is valuation.

I value safety and clarity, because I don't have enough of it. I have worked since I was 9 to get it and made progress that is not proportional to the amount of effort. Coaches make human reality seem simple and the same for anyone. It's the opposite.
@DamonCart4 ай бұрын
Sure, it's complicated. Clarity is a great value. Safety is not something I would focus on unless my life was being threatened or I was homeless. Once you have enough safety (life not under threat), there's not much fulfillment in it. That's when you know it's time to fulfill higher values and fulfill your higher potential.

what is your opinion on neurosemantics and the meta states model
@DamonCart4 ай бұрын
I know Michael Hall. I brought him to Santa Cruz to teach his Meta States Model. I enjoyed learning it and I read the book. It's interesting but I didn't find it that effective. I like Michael and I think he's written some good books on NLP, but they don't always translate well to actual application.

Money can't give you happiness???... lmaoooo...How dare you lie like that? ...n for what ???....Stop embarrassing yourself bro ! Money can buy happiness !💯
@DamonCart4 ай бұрын
Can't tell if you're joking. But if you're not, more than half of the people I coach one-on-one are wealthy. Most of them are coming to me because they're not happy. Why isn't money making them happy? What about wealthy people who drink their life away or commit suicide? Studies have been done on happiness and money. They don't support what you're saying.

@@MSOTV-ug4ln Well no. You just have a different opinion. And I agree that having more money does make us comfortable and allow us to do things we can't do when we don't have enough money. So having money is great! And not having money sucks. The point of Damon' video is who are you regardless of how much money you have. When you are clear on what matters to you and lights you up and start taking actions in alignment with that, you will feel much more fulfilled and content and happy.
