These are my absolute go-to exercises when I'm training female clients on a lower body day. 🌟
Many people only train quads and neglect hamstrings for good. However, for overall balance and a beautiful body line, especially the hips, hamstrings are a muscle group you should never leave out.
Leg curls you do every day is an excellent workout, but today's stiff leg deadlift and one leg deadlifts are focused on extending the hamstrings which is another way to greatly stimulate the hamstrings!
I have separate videos just for stiff-leg deadlifts and one-leg deadlifts as well, so do check them out if you feel like you need some extra!🌟
