You forgot to mention that Order of Whispers has enchanted magical globe that shows entire planet imbuded with ley lines energy. Whenever important event or attack is conducted location is shown on that globe, that's why they can operate faster than any other orders.

The master of whispers is such a closely guarded secret I guessed who they were in less than 15 seconds of them being on screen lol. It was so obvious I was kinda disappointed they weren't just a red herring lol.
