I do too! The only downside - is HBO used to give full specials for theirs shows as extra content on their DVD/Blu Rays. Audio commentary too. Now, they just add these KZbin clips. I love these features but I get miffed that it’s apparently a trade off instead of a supporting bit.

I need The Penguin, I feel like I know these people I feel real emotions. Those scenes with his mom are the realest scenes I've been there. My Lord I'm so invested. Eve broke my heart. But in a way I think Oz always knew that was the deal. It's why they're together. They are kindred in that way. Our own come first.

It's a mirror to the "you lost your cherry" scene in Goodfellas. Both are the real entrance into the life. For Hank, it was a good thing. For Vic it is the loss of the boy he was.

They caught me off guard twice in this episode. I thought Victor would lead Squid to the apartment leading to him shooting him at the end, but no Squid gets dispatched earlier than it was seemingly set up to be. Also the confrontation between Sofia and the madam happened when I thought, but never did I think that Eve would turn on Oz. It happening because Oz was covering up the Hangman murders is a twist that you could have pieced together but never really did.

@@cvo7617 I watched the scene. Vic was the one who chose not to explain. Oz obviously remembered the conversation, since he brings it up later. Emotionally unavailable isn't as meaningful as you make it out to be. Vic didn't need a sympathetic ear or a dad, he just needed Oz to be aware that somebody could be a threat to the operation. Oz just has to tell some guys to take care of it.

Everyone has been great, but Cristin Milioti as Live Action "The HangMan" is one of the best written/casted Actor/Character combination of any Comic TV show. Some people were literally born to play certain roles. ..I'm going to say it again, if you have not read "No Man's Land" you need to. This show is a perfect prequel setup It is so great to have writers/actors/directors/showrunners who know what they are doing. A+++
