What I will never understand is how NEVER ONCE, one of the Wagners *ever* stopped and said “You know what, murdering 8 people is probably not the best way to go about a custody case.. we shouldn’t go through with this..” Instead, they ALL went through with this ghastly plan! It’s extremely rare that a group of this size collectively agrees to something so heinous- especially over something of this nature. There’s clearly something wrong with the entire Wagner family. There was obviously a reason why that child wasn’t going to be allowed to stay in the care of the father- he clearly has a few screws loose, and the judge obviously could tell as well. Such a tragic case. An entire extended family just wiped from the face of the earth. Absolutely heartbreaking.💔

I'm angry that the two grandmothers got off so lightly. They absolutely knew what was going on and were morally obligated to go to the authorities. The mother only getting 30 years is BS as well. I haven't heard much of the background on this case, but I suspect that she was the one pushing to get custody of her grandchild. I'm the biggest feminist in town and I believe that those three were every bit as guilty as the men.

DV cases are rarely prosecuted. It does not seem to matter - one is permitted to beat, stalk, harrass their significant other, spouse, etc. and the "defendants" know this so the violence continues. When a victim attempts to follow through with the charges, their testimony is thrown out on technicalities. The system is set up to protect the abuser and the victim knows this...and yet they stay because they know if they don't execute a plan well in advance to protect themselves and their kids, they may die or be severely injured. This is sick beyond all comprehintion. This was not about the love that the Wagers had for ANY family member. This was a pissing contest gone psycho. If any one of the Wagers truely cared for any other family member, they would have been able to realize the absolute devistation that the toddler was about to inherit. 8 EIGHT MEMBERS of the immediate family... Wiped out. Good loving people. This was not about the toddler. This was about a hatch of squirrels with mental Rabies.

While my heart goes out to the victim's family, relatives, and friends, at the same time I could have never thought in a million years to witness genuine stupidity in all members of the Wagner family. Taking Plea deal blew their cover and exposed their stupidity. I can't wait for the news team to check back on them after only six months of incarceration. That's when they will realize it was a stupid idea yet again to take the Plea deal and wish for the death penalty. 🤭
