Throughout the extensive history of the Catholic Church, numerous popes have left their mark, each with distinctive legacies. Pope Innocent the 8th lived durign the 15th century and during this time the most influential men of the catholic church would burn alleged witches and sorcerers engage in the slave trade to increase their own personal wealth, and the Pope Innocent would drink the blood of children. The Catholic church during this time was full of evil, curruption and devilry. In this period, Pope Innocent would sit upon the papal throne and this is his story.

Maybe Pope Innocent the 8th was an Atheist. Many Popes did know much about or care about the Christian Faith, they were more into politics and or good living. It wouldn't surprise me if quite a few Atheists have been Popes of the Roman Catholic Church.

I was raised Roman Catholic even going to a Catholic school until it closed down due to lack of new registrations. Since very young I didn't like the treatment of Eve by the Church. I didn't like much of the faith and as I grew and read more about the history of the church I was revolted. But honoring my father's wishes I was confirmed into the faith. And I never went back as a regular practitioner again. I am pagan, I embraced this, and I never looked back. What Jesus teachings turned into I am sure is not what he intended at the time. Jesus was born, lived and died a Jew. He didn't start a new religion; he wanted the gentile to enter into HIS RELIGION. What it is now is grotesque wealth and power to rule and kill people without consequence to their office.

I also went to a Catholic school growing up, however, I did much research on the Catholic church as I got older and discovered that the leaders of the Church (the popes) more mostly extremely corrupt, most were murderers and were drunk on power and committed unspeakable acts. You cannot give a man that much power and expect him to act morally
