True stuff. You can be tempted, but being tempted isn't the sin. However, being tempted is different from having the desire to do it. One is still wrong; the other is normal for everyone.

27 ¶ “You have heard that it was said, ‘YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY’; 28 but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matthew 5 It isn’t just the action. It is also your thoughts that make you guilty of a sin

Do not be deceived indeed! Preach young lady! 1 Corinthians 15 1-4 is where you find the COMPLETE Gospel of Grace written in the most concise, simplistic language! Even a child could understand it! You must BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died for our sins AND Believe in the Resurrection! Which leads to the blessed Hope of the Rapture which is clearly close! I pray anyone reading this that is not saved, study and believe this scripture and live! In my Lord Jesus Christ name. Amen❤

Interesting, few people can talk that fast and are so easily understood. Sexual immorality is a huge problem, more people need to hear this.

Read the whole chapter before you start condemning yourself, Do not sue the brethren: “Dare any of you, having a matter against one another, go to the law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Do you not know that we should judge angels? How much more things that pertain to this life? If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life, do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge? I say this to your shame. It is so, that there is not a wise man among you who will be able to judge between his brethren? But brother goes to the law against brother before unbelievers! Now therefore, it is an utter failure for you that you go to the law against one another why do not accept wrong? Why do you not rather let yourself be cheated? No, you yourselves cheat, and you do these things to your brethren.” Then he says do not be Deceived, to point out that no one under the law will make it into heaven, so don’t subject your brethren to the law, especially before unbelievers are put before the law. He then goes on to say Glorify God in body and Spirit: 1 Corinthians 6:12 “All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful.” Don’t condemn or you are condemned.

They get one thing wrong. Even if you are tempted to sin and give in this does NOT mean that you are not saved. We will ALL continue to sin in some way on earth because only ONE has overcome the corruptible body on earth. The point in the Greek about these people is NOT that they never do those sins at all any more, but that they firstly do not believe that it is okay to do so, and that secondly when they do commit sin they are horrified by it and work even harder to resist going forward. The blood of Christ is freely given, once we have the Holy Spirit sealed inside us and are covered by the blood even if we sin often we are still covered. Now to those who claim that is a license to sin, we all understand that if we truly believe these sins to be evil we take no joy when we have performed it - that is very different from the militant activist claims that certain sins are not sins

Can you find the verse, in context, that supports what you've said?
@warchela18 сағат бұрын
The Bible doesn’t speak against masturbation(Onan’s sin was not raising seed for his brother’s legacy and disobeying God). No one walks a perfect walk (Jesus did) and the Lord is more concerned with the direction of your walk, not the perfection Those that live a habitually sinful life are probably not saved, but that is not for us to judge We would probably say Samson was lost yet he is in the hall of faith in Hebrews 11
@JacobWalker9182 күн бұрын
The whole chapter is telling us not do to exactly what she’s doing. She literally picked a single verse out of the whole chapter and used it to condemn. We are covered by the blood of Jesus with no spot meaning there is no where the law can affect or rather get through that covering.
@robertgroves8691Күн бұрын
Exactly. This is the problem with cherry picking a verse, and not conveying its full context. That’s not to justify sin of course, we all should be striving to walk a life that is free from sin but not one single one of us will do it on our own. The flesh will ALWAYS be corrupted. But it is by God’s grace through Jesus Christ we are sanctified. We rely on the Holy Spirit to strengthen us and change our ways. Too many people pick the Bible up, and find a verse to bash other believers with it rather than using it to encourage them in their journey of sanctification.
@JacobWalker918Күн бұрын
@ exactly, the Bible speaks of encouragement and reconciliation for all, and a lot of people (mostly Christian KZbinrs) treat it like it’s some sort of club, if you don’t meet there standards of what it means to be a “Christian” or a “disciple of Christ” then you automatically aren’t in, the Bible does not speak that way, and when it does the only requirement is belief.

It doesn't break down what the sexual immoral acts r like she said, it doesn't say anything about masterbaters anywhere and when it talks about sexual immoral it actually refers directly to fornicators and gays.
@robertgroves8691Күн бұрын
100%. The full verse is actually about people within the Church judging other people in the Church telling them NOT to do it.

I dislike it (the message in the video) because of what Jesus said in Matthew 5:27-28.
