Durgesh Nandhini is a zero waste practitioner, minimalist and travel schooling mother of 2 daughters. She mentions that she likes to travel - lot of travel is not minimalism - there should be minimalism in travel as well. Travel is one of the major major cause of pollution. my dad tells me this. he asks me one question : you are visiting many places - after few months do you still remember it - even if you remember it, is it of any use to you.. ?..I am still trying to find answer to it, and reduced my travel a lot since then. I am not saying we should not travel - reduce the number of travels. Try to be as simple as possible. be happy with what you have. Do growing plants, enjoy watching it as an individual or as a whole family, connect yourself with nature - mainly grow plants which gives fruits or vegetables... travel by walk, travel by cycling - one of my client manager in Australia, he and his wife travels almost 100+km during every week-end, and he is in his 70+ that is massive real life inspiration to me till date.

That's a great thought and effort at this young age! It takes a lot of persistent will to let go things. Just one clarity on the video about travel will be nice.

Sorry dear.. being a dr m not agree with u...what if every pregnant women follows u ? What wil be the rate of maternal mortality and infant mortality in that situation
