the problem with LA “wellness” influencers! I guess I'm embracing all the stereotypes of being an influencer LOL! I'll take you through a typical sunday morning routine -- meal prepping healthy recipes, cooking, waking up at 5am to watch the sunrise and reset my cyrcadian rhythm (inspired by Huberman Lab), doing a cold plunge, going to erewhon (Los Angeles most bougie and expensive grocery store)... it's all so fun! the goal isn't weight loss or to look a certain way. it's about feeling vibrant and energized!
