well let’s look at the general understanding of an almond mom. from what we’ve seen, almond moms are usually cater to unhealthy patterns when it comes to body image, food, and exercise, often following dangerous fad/crash diets, focusing narrowly on calories and over exercise. an example being this was bella and gigi hadid’s mom. i believe there was a moment in which she said to “eat an almond if you feel hungry.” from this video, op’s mom seems to promote a healthy body image to her kids, with a focus on moving their bodies and nutrition. of course we don’t know what goes on behind the camera, but generally, we can see there’s no restrictions in terms of food groups, and there’s an emphasis on eating well without feeling guiltily if they have a little treat. so, i’d suggest you and the other 700 people who liked your comment to maybe dig deeper into a topic before looking at it just face value. hoped this helped!

Omg the people in this comment section are so critical?? Let this girl have her fun!! She’s spreading an overall good message: living healthy. Though, it can be seen as luxurious, she isn’t outright flexing her wealth like some popular influencers do. She isn’t being vain and ignorant is what I’m saying. They’re probably close in age, but the mom most likely didn’t use sunscreen and spent a lot of time in the sun throughout her life. That’s what happens 🤷‍♀️ They didn’t have as much knowledge about sun exposure and aging as we do now.
