Nennè is a strong-willed and determined young woman from Naples. After working as an employee in a pizzeria in Turin, she decided to pursue her dream of opening her own pizzeria with Gennaro, a famous pizza maker from Ischia.
In their pizzeria, Nennè and Gennaro express their creativity and passion for pizza. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of the famous and characteristic Spanish Quarters of Naples, with bright colors and symbols that evoke Neapolitan tradition.
In addition to classic Neapolitan pizzas, Nennè's special pizzas are unique and original. Each one is dedicated to a person or place that has held a special meaning in her life.
The "Carmè" pizza, with a base of Neapolitan ragù cooked for two days according to an ancient recipe, is topped with buffalo mozzarella, basil pesto, grated Parmesan, basil, and extra virgin olive oil. It is dedicated to her mother.
The "Bell'Antonio" pizza, with provolone, fiordilatte mozzarella, Gorgonzola, spicy spianata, caramelized onions, 'nduja, basil, and extra virgin olive oil, is dedicated to her father.
The "Vesuviando" pizza, with Campania buffalo mozzarella, yellow Vesuvian tomato, typical Neapolitan tomato, Napoli salami, oregano, basil, extra virgin olive oil, and Parmesan, is a tribute to the iconic volcano that is a symbol of Nennè's hometown.
