INGREDIENTS
Salmon
Hot water
METHOD
1. Pour boiling water over the salmon fillet, skin side up.
2. Wait a couple of seconds and peel off the skin easily.

Why not just pour the hot water in the pan and place the salmon skin-side down for a moment vs pouring the hot water over the skin and having it semi-cook the bottom side while the salmon sits in the hot water?
