Thank you rab Manis, fine instrument of the Almighty! This perspective of the purpose of the the coming of Moshiah is the sweetest news. Certainly we’ve been awaiting him out of selfishness and fear. Now we can wait for him out of excitement to follow him everywhere he goes. It’s harder to follow him now here, but we’ll do our best effort and I think through ibodedut we can see better and get readier day by day.

Everything, thoughts, words and actions, have a consequence. Doing things out of love requires a lot of maturity and patience, and that is hard the younger you are. Is key to teach children to do things because they bring a good result. It’s more than “I don’t like being forced to do something out of fear.” It’s more like “I appreciate doing this thing because it produces such and such…”

Aa an Israeli Jewish woman, I can relate. When I lived in the US for a while..or been to other countries..there was a feeling of emptiness...the conversation with people around the world had lack of depth I couldn't explain...I was mostly unhappy...we suffer in Israel but we are also happy

You are looking at it the wrong way. If we take a teacher as an example. Where will a teacher feel more comfortable and where will the teacher actually fulfill his vocation? A teacher will feel more comfortable in the company of other teachers, but will fulfill his mission only when teaching students, of all ages alike. Does the teacher have anything in common with the teachers? Yes, absolutely. Does the teacher have something in common with the students? Nothing at all, but fulfilling her mission. In one of his lectures, the Rabbi talks about how the destruction of the temple was a necessary thing in reality. why? Because the spiritual level in Israel was very high compared to the rest of the environment, which was excellent for those who lived in Israel, but it was against the purpose of creation which says: "Nothing is given to you for your own benefit but to pass it on to others". This is why they say that Judaism is not a religion but a way of life. In other words, the more you pass on what you have learned, the more knowledge and wisdom you will gain. That is why it is called the river of wisdom. I hope I managed to get the point across.

@@lilachrubin8800 Now you can internalize his words regarding the difference between being needy, and being needed. Needy means: "What do I feel or think", to be a person who is needed means: "Here I am, what and how can I help?" Isaiah chapter 6 verse 8: "And then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” (:

@rabbimanisfriedman 44:40💔 I don’t understand much Hebrew at all, but what was his question that made me cried while he was asking?! (I wasn’t reading the captions). I felt this sorrow and love and I felt he transitioned to Hebrew in order to express a pain. ? What a moment!🤲

Rabbi Manis, you should write a book about what it means to be a Jew, and title it, "A Jew is a Jew is a Jew". It could be explanatory to the non Jewish population. I'd be interested to read it.

Would be excellent to have you speak on an acedemic level regarding the development of Western Esotericism and how many of these topics arise from Kabalism, Merkabah, etc. I think there is a great interest in this from a Jewish perspective, as well as a general perspective (being an active Mason, and seeing many bretheren with interest in things like Agrippa without even understanding Maimonides, the Bahir, etc.). Would be excellent.

Rabbi Manis Friedman, is the book mentioned in the video “I didn’t ask to be born” translated anywhere in English, and if not, will it be made available eventually? Also, you have done much for me. You have shared your wisdom and have transformed my life. After continuing to view your videos and read your books, I realized I am constantly coming to you for things, but I have never asked what I could do for you. Manis, is there anything I can do to give back?

@rabbimanisfriedman Question: 56:20 If we wouldn’t married someone just like us, how come God wants us to be like him, and creates us “after his own image”? Can we be different or being different from God is wrong?

For the bat, darkness is light and light is darkness. For the Rooster, light is light and darkness is darkness. It all depends on which side the person is on. If he is on the side of the lie, then the lie is the truth and the truth is a lie. If he is on the side of the truth, then the truth is the truth and the lie is a lie. This is why they say that if a person wants to see the light, he needs a teacher who knows how to distinguish between light and darkness.
