+Phinni Kurian as of right now, not that I know of. You would need to counterbalance the gimbal arm, which can certainly be done for anything in top. Another option is to use something like the zoom h1 external recorder and sync it in your editing software.

I can confirm it does NOT shoot 4k with note 4, s5, and s8 Samsung phones. only 1080p. a big disappointment.

Thanks alot for your videos! Recently got the smooth 4, iam using huawei p10 Android and servel things are missing like filter, hyper lapse and all few more, but that's not my problem! Did a regular time laps, but can't save from the application to my phone and still keep the effects. Once I play from my phones library time laps gong, iam looking to upload content to instagram.

How did you manage to make those seamless transitions with the PhoneGo mode? The only way I can think about is to use the PhoneGo mode to shoot two swift-moving clips and stitch them together...but that would not be in-cam transition then...Could you please explain a bit? I am so curious (*^▽^*)

Koy, that’s exactly what an in camera scene transition is: recording two clips in a manner where you can simply place them in an editor and they blend together without the need for additional effects. I’ll be posting a vid in the coming days about some ways to achieve these effects with the Smooth 4. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for watching!

Can you save presets in Zhiyun Play like frame rate and resolution for quick setup (similar to Filmic Pro presets)? Does Zhiyun Play support 100 Mbps bit rate?

I’ll go into more detail in an upcoming video (stay tuned), but yes. There is actually a button on the front dedicated to changing frame rate and resolution settings. It’s super easy to switch between 4K 60p and 4K 24p, or whatever you want. As of right now the app supports the iPhones native resolution and bit rate. The company is working on a possible partnership with filmic for the future. I don’t have any details beyond that. Thanks for watching the vid.
