I hope Larhonda gets a handle on the student loans, with her degrees and likely experience in logistics there's no way she should be making less than $100k, like immediately. With that masters she should be a CFO somewhere unless the problem is self-confidence which I think it is. She needs to start searching close to home and expand the radius from there, heck hire a head hunter to find her a position somewhere.

It’s been 2 years since quarantine in the US. Why does Faucci’s quarantine policy affect the supply chain and not the oil issue due to Russian invasion, or China’s random quarantine (which only ended this summer) ? I also think that good amount of inflation is done by price gauging (at least in Canada)

Hi Dave, my name is Ruben I have a few questions my wife and I are planning to build in Belize. We’ve been saving for this venture to pay cash for the build We have approximately 160,000 in savings towards the build we have approximately $100,000 from our 401Ktogether. We also Are debt-free other than a mortgage on our house. My question is we’d like to keep the house here in the states which we owe 200,000 what would you suggest we should do and I am 63 and planing to retired around 67 and she has about 10 more years of work left in her lol.

My mother was in a nursing home. Because there was no trust, the home had to be sold to pay for the nursing home. She could not afford long term care while she was alive.There was nothing left when she passed. A trust protects most of the estate, not from taxes, but from the nursing home.

@@TheHavocdog If your mom had simply kept a life estate, but gave the home to trust about five or so years prior, it would have been safe from nursing home. Sorry about what happened. Wish you well.

Last week, I learned my fiancé owes a total of $384K in court order judgments. We've been dating for 5 years. I'm upset that she NEVER mentioned anything about this debit and would allow me to marry her while she is carrying this HUGE amount of debt. Tony has got himself a very cool problem to have. A 27 year old is only going to be able to contribute $22,500 to a 401K and $6,500 to a Roth IRA each year. Only 6.4% of what he's making. The kind of job a guy would only have to work at for 3 years to reach financial freedom.
