That's a real chef of haute cuisine. He doesn't just make the food for eating, you can feel his art in the way he prepares the dishes. He clearly knows his wagyu cuts, and you know he really dedicates himself to it. I'll definitely feel lucky if I can taste his edible arts someday.

This looks amazing and I love the way you guys describe the food - it makes it possible to imagine being there! This chef is the solution to the shrinking beef industry - pairing growers with passionate chefs.

I live in SW Montana in our high valleys filled with grass fed cattle mostly british species black and red angus.... some german and french breeds... really fine beef raised in such a natural clean humane manner.....but genetics are primary and I have never had beef like you are.... amazing....I own dwarf shorthorns which i milk and raise for beef.....but my favorite meat still to this day are my elk and pronghorn antelope shot in my fields.....great channel.....you guys would love Montana....if you head this way reach out

Yes..I feel that feeding cows such weird things probably isn’t a good idea..I try to get organic, grass fed beef, but it’s not easy..

Sugoi! And subscribed! I would love to visit 29Labo and eat omakase-style there. Given how exclusive such beautiful wagyu is, you're so lucky to be invited! Such behind the scenes type of restaurant videos are the next best thing. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

Wow the wagyu there in Nagoya looks so amazing, especially prepared and presented in such a way. The wagyu is definitely the respected ingredient at that restaurant. Thank you for sharing. Love from Australia ❤❤

OMG, that was amazing wagyu video. When watching the food presentation, it looks likes you are eating at a Michelin star restaurant. I'll be heading to Tokyo soon. Maybe I need to make a detour and go to Nagoya.

Recently I saw one of your videos that said you are going to change how you film food videos for health reasons! I really respect that and was wondering if you would do other things you guys are so soothing to watch and I would love to hear more about everyday things. Like what is a yarn shop like there? Do you have local yarn shops? They are getting kind of rare here but you still have stationary shops there and those are almost impossible to find here. So maybe yarn shops are doing better there too? Little things like that intrigue me but no one seems to talk about them.
