This man speaks a great depth of understanding. As a parent and having a parent it resonated so incredibly much that I was filled with goosebumps, head to toe. The subject of flexibility and lack of can be see beyond just the physical body from generation to generation. This is the good stuff if you can open yourself to this knowledge. It helps me be a more compassionate person to my parents and definitely has me giving more credit to my child. I loved this video Tom!!

This episode really resonates with me. I know of the "gray" area where you can get stuck mentally. You're not sad, not happy, absolutely no emotions. It is awful. To anyone who reads this....CARE. Care about something, don't become numb to the worlds. It is easy to fall into that trap of numbing yourself so you won't get hurt anymore. However, I realize feeling that pain is part of being human. I rather be hurt, recover, build myself up, get hurt again, build myself back up, repeated endlessly than just numbing myself and not feel anything.

Just found this guy on an, Aubrey Marcus, podcast last night. I had smoked a lil weed so to listen to both their perspectives was definitely worth the 2 hours. You guys are all so freaking intelligent in your own ways I enjoy taking in the infornation. This guy seems super scientific with a view into the mystical so it was pretty cool listening to Aubrey who I tend to resonate more with since I too have experienced the wealth of healing and wisdom gained from plant medicine ceremonies. My body now does go into these specific movements I almost at times won't control and allow to Happen. I just tell myself my body knows what its doin to heal itself at all times. This guy is super in his body. I observe his every move and he soo is grounded in his meat suit so it's cool to watch. It's like he is aware of every freaking movement he makes. He def has bigger picture viewing. I dig his comedic value too. He has impeccable timing and some bursts of sarcasm which is cool..good stuff. Thank you!

In this season of imbalance where I am away from home (Christmas), my meditation practice drifted away a bit, I am eating more sugar, sleeping bad, etc. What helps me the most in finding my feet and motivation back when everything gets off balance (or when I feel depleted of self estime or depleted from that good energy that keeps inspiring people going), is to come here on this channel and watch them talk about their journey, and listen to their insights and tips. It really helps me do the next right thing for myself. It puts me back on track. Thank you so much for your work Tom Bilyeu (and Lisa too!!!!!). Your quest for helping people may or may not have helped the people that you have in mind but it helped me tremendously this year, and I am extremely grateful for having you as a self improvement and self care tool. This interview was fun :) I’ll definitely get Aaron Alexander’s book.

Tom said that in the past he was all about making money (with his Quest Nutrition business) and that brought him no fulfillment. I believe he is taking the same approach to now becoming a superhuman. He is learning all the tools to train his mind, to achieve this ideal self and for what? How is being a superhuman going to make you any more fulfilled than being rich? I’ve watched a lot of his interviews and I’ve observed him many times struggling with the concept of acceptance. Accept the child that you were Tom. Love that child. Instead of using him as a motivation to achieve more.

Hi Tom, you should read Rule 1 in Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules For Life. Paraphrasing, he relates body posture and chemical release of serotonin in lobsters and the affects on their social hierarchy and relates this to humans. When a lobster gets a win they release more serotonin which affects their posture and vice versa when they take a loss. This directly affects their chance of winning again in the future. Very interesting links between the nervous system of lobsters and humans.

My only gripe about this video, is this set has to be one of the most horrendously artificial, and is distracting and blocking, what with the plastic plants and fake books?? This is not necessary, which actually contradicts the advice in this video and I actually felt that way in the first few minutes of this show. Please Tom go sit in somewhere natural and green next time to amp us all up make us feel more energised. This set is absolutely stifling!
