3:12 Just call it "Lee & Perrins" Most folks that add and eat this stuff will know exactly what you mean. If not, they will look it up! they need to be aware that it doesn't necessarily taste like the ingredients would hint at. 🤷♀️ Saying that, I love that you pronounced it's proper name correctly! There was no 'Worse-Chester sauce' and so on....😍 Ya burgers are incredible, thanks!!! ✝

Hi Greg that looks awesome. Give you one idea that I do I buy chicken thighs debone them and take the skin off and grind the meat to make chicken thigh burgers hot flat iron skillet water and cover with the lid to cook them on a steam effect on a cast iron they get great golden brown color and fully cooked inside. I season them on the outside with seasonal just something to think about great cooking show by the way.
@etherdog3 жыл бұрын
Greg, you said the roast itself was $300+ and you got 4 steaks out of it at 1 pound each (with bone) so if you got 3 burgers out of a steak that would be $25 per patty. Add $5 for the rest of the fixings and one would expect to pay $90 for this burger in a restaurant. Great vid and happy birthday!

Great Job :) although high end cuts seem like a good idea out the gate,they are really a chopped steak sandwich , had the butcher grind some striploin and the wife said this isn't a burger i don't like it yrs ago, she is right though ,i could eat striploin all day but really it's not that 80/20 ishs that you are looking forward to in a burger, o well i wait til sunday when she is in church an cook my steak rare with welding torch in the garage :)
