This video, was (filled) with such great content.And so very true about being just a operator or a bonafide business owner. Iam looking for marketing myself and just trying to place everything together. Maybe somebody from your team, could get in touch. Thanks very much for this awesome video, Love it. So very true cant say this enough. ~Dave

Yes but you have to do it all in the beginning if money is short... no way out... or give up go get 9-5! It is the hardest time...but when it makes sense, go hire!!

Ive got my own business with no team and plans to expand. How do I not become a slave of my own business? Dont put a price on time. Put a price on results for your client. I earn 150k (euro) per year on my own working around 25 hours per week.
@shawnemployee69063 жыл бұрын
by delegating work to others so you arent working 18 hours a day everyday. Doesnt seem like your a slave though if your making 150k per year working only 25 hours per week.

I think your very confused about the 2 things. When i think of a operator its a person that puts systems in place so they dont have to be their. An owner is person that build themselves a job they cant quit because then the money stops coming in. Its dependency like being an employee.

Hi when would you suggest starting with that? Like our source. My coach said as soon as possible. Like right away. I have maybe a 1000€/ month.
