So I’ve been loving to the new Ohio players club album and I was rocking out to “ i forgot to be your lover” and my wife was listening in the background was like that’s Ludacris song. I’m like no, it’s the new black keys. She told me to listen to “ Ludacris - When we were Kids” holy crap guys! The black keys just pulled a vanilla ice! They fully copied that beat. Just listen to the first 30 seconds.

I’m not sure if you’re joking or not but that’s a cover of a William bell song from 1969. The guitar intro is the same. Because it’s a cover. The ludacris song probably sampled it (the original), as many newer r&b and rap artists sample old beats. Do some research bruh
