Looking at the way Mirio flipped in the air then landed, it looks so much like the build up to Young All Might's California Smash. Very nice touch by the animators.

What I like most about him is that his quirk was indicated to be nothing special at all. It has no inherent offensive capabilities, and it is tough to use. What is special about Mirio is mostly just him. That is why he was still able to continue fighting vs Overhaul even after losing his quirk. This is also why I think he was considered to inherit One for All. If he can do this much with so little, imagine what he could do with actually OP quirks.

When I was watching this, I already knew he would return but I didn’t know exactly when, and you really get sucked into the show cause you’re on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens. When I saw his face form in the ground I was in shock, he screamed “POWER!” And I paused to scream because I missed him so much, and I know what it’s like to be forced to the sidelines and being desperate to be apart of your passion and help your team (sports analogy but it works) so when I saw that he was able to come back to the fight and inspired his friends to keep fighting, I lost my mind. Especially how despite losing some control of his quirk due to being unable to use it, he still had the power behind his hits, it was also comical that by screaming “SOMEONE HELP ME!” When he realized he wasn’t gonna win so easily had been the little push some people needed to get back up to help.

I cried at season 4 I cried when he gave up everything to save Eri! literally, his master, his future, his powers! I cried when he returned here! a few characters stick out through the character development but Lemillion is one of those, at first he was comedy relief and I laughed but thought he is gonna get lost in the story, then the fight with Overhaul happened and suddenly you knew Lemillion was one of THOSE characters.
