It’s cool to see him change His ways because as someone who body build in my teen/20s I realized like him in my 30s I just want to feel healthy/mobile now instead of primarily focusing on building muscle.

Yeah i watched him in 2011, 2012, 2013. I use to do his workouts, mostly the cardio/abs workout in 2011, i also did what he said, food wise... and i lost soooo much weight and got a six pack in like 3 or 4 months. So i never got why people hated on him and called him a scammer... i didn't spend a penny and his advice and workouts worked for me greatly.

I did mikes seminar in Austin’s yesterday. The flow 360. It was pretty interesting and I got to ask him a few questions

Sad man. I see this happen to a lot of fitness industry guys. Usually has to do with psychedelics or shrooms. Guys that start to fall off will take these drugs, become “enlightened” and will stop doing the things that once brought them joy. Connor Murphy is a prime example, but it looks like he’s recovering.

I remember this happening to Connor Murphy awhile back, hopefully all is well and everyone gets their stuff figured out🙏🏻
