I got rejected by a woman at work about a year ago. I thanked her for her honesty, and joyfully got on with my day. At least I had a conclusion and knew where I stood. When I bump into her now, I just treat her the same as before. She did nothing wrong. I'll never validate their rejection by being petulent and making them feel as if they've dodged a bullet. And if she changes her mind, it leaves the door open for her to act. But.......I will NEVER ask twice. By asking once, I played my part, and removed the need to simp. Just ask them once, then leave them alone.

Be careful about work relationships. If you have higher work status, you should expect a "Me Too" complaint from now to 30 years from now. Read the "Me Too" allegations against politicians. If she has more status, then if she asks you you have potential for a promotion.

“Playing it cool,” when being rejected, is a lot easier to do when…you just met her and asked for her phone number, or, you’ve been on a few dates. But if you’re being rejected after a five year relationship, plus you find out that you’ve been replaced with a rebound, that is totally different. It’s extremely painful and very difficult to control your emotions and “play it cool.” I know. It happened to me. I did everything wrong in the book (begging, etc), which didn’t work. It literally crushed me. It was like mourning a death. Doing better now but still healing. Sure, learn from the experience, work on yourself to be better, and move on. But don’t beat yourself up too hard if you didn’t exit the relationship looking like Mr Cool. It’s ok for men to be human.

If you’re getting rejected over and over again, it’s you. Not a problem, women are complicated. Babe Ruth was one of the greatest home run hitters of all time but what people don’t know is that he also held the record for the most strikeouts. Here’s my take Don’t chase women. If you chase them they will run. Act busy and be busy. Ignore her and she will see you are driven. I ignore women and it drives them mad. Acknowledge them with a smile but don’t say a fking word and go about your business. She will follow you. A woman wants what she can’t have. This is actually really sad but if I wear a wedding ring I get more attention. No ring means less value and women try to imagine themselves in your presence. On your arm, in your car and in your house. Wealth isn’t the issue but her being comfortable in your world is. Don’t be needy man. Needy means nice, too nice and it’s about respect. Women don’t love who they don’t respect. Women have respect issues but they all subconsciously understand respect. It’s why they go for the bad boy. Not only is he perceived as one that can treat her like she wants in the bedroom but the dangerous element of his personality brings out in her a level of respect. Who do women respect the most? Their fathers. Women are genetically programmed to follow a man who will pick up where daddy left off. It’s possible you’re being rejected by women who have respect issues or you’re too nice or both. But like the wingman said, you work on you and I think the best way to do that is to make yourself into a high value man. Study Alpha, beta and sigma males. I guess there’s a gamma too but most men are either alpha or beta. I believe that you can change your personality to match something that you want to be. Personally I prefer being in the classification known as Sigma. Women chase sigma’s because they tend to be aloof and they exhibit a certain level of mystery and that’s exciting for them. Mystery novels wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for women being attracted to read them. It’s like I said before, a woman tries to place herself in your world, just make that a place that is comfortable for her and with your mysterious nature she will think she hit the jackpot landing you!

I mentioned in the comments of the previous video about my ex monkey branching. I did probably all the wrong things before going into no contact. For about 14 months things were tough, I tried to keep my hopes up but different things always seemed to drag me back down, trouble with work, family, dating etc. At the same time I heard from mutual friends that my ex was still going strong with her new guy and that she actually moved to him. Around 2-3 months ago something took a turn and life has eased down on me it feels like, I still work hard and improve myself but now I am actually enjoying life. I shine in a different way around my friends now, I started doing dance classes and I am having a blast. I talk to people at the dance and there are some girls I'd like to know better. But I am in a position where I feel no stress about it. I really live my best life at the dance classes and for the first time in a long time I am enjoying myself and am curious about what life holds for me. Rejections? How? If you are not flirting, asking, begging or pursuing you never have to be concerned about her rejections. When a woman wants a man she will chase him, trap him, scout him, stalk him and will not give up especially if she gets close and he seems more interested. A man chases a woman until she catches him. Once she directly asks you ( no flirting- no teasing), it is only YOU who can say yes. If she is a keeper, your search is over. If she is not, you can hit it and quit it just for amusement just like she has to her last 50-200 men. Focus on that Number One interest of your life and don't fret about pursuing women who are not interested. For those who also want variety, you too can be like women with a sizeable body count. Women also shy away from men who are virgins. The more ladies on your rotation the more they will respect you. Why are men obligated to entertain women. Relax and let women entertain you. This is EXACTLY how women live! Women slather on the make up, dress nicely and wait for men to pursue them. Like they are the prize? They then reject or complain about men who they really do not care for only after men spend time, energy and money on them. No PUA tricks are required. Make women do the work.

Get the dog anyway. If future woman doesn't like dogs, that's a red flag IMHO. If her approval of you is challenged by the presence of your dog, she isn't truly into you and she isn't worth your time. As a young man, rejection in any context (love, business, whatever) was brutally painful. It's not fun now, but as you said, rejection is an opportunity to introspect and grow more. And, yes, if it doesn't work out, God has something better for you if you are willing to trust Him! The hair: gorgeous, just like the rest of you. It amazes me that whatever you do to your hair, (minimal) eye makeup, or attire, you always look fantastic. Do you convert to Buddism because she might be Buddist? Don't worry about what she might be. Be your best you (including your dog). If she isn't compatible with you, she isn't the lady for you. She may be great -- but she isn't yours. Keep going. Pet the dog and keep going.

Women will never tell you aside from Wingmam that a man needs to act like a man. Meaning if you get shot down be a man and walk away with your head held high but with no negativity toward the person rejecting you. It took me too long to understand that any woman rejecting me was doing me a favor because why would I want to be with someone who does not want to be with me? The bottom line is a man is supposed to be able to handle a simple rejection because he is expected to have a spine and be strong. Why does Wingman talk about a “simp” or we hear of a man being a “wimp” because a dude is expected to be strong enough to take what life dishes out. It really goes back to a very simple observation which is do you want to be with someone who does not want to be with you? If not, then why think about the person rejecting you and move on. It’s not that complicated.

I could care less what a woman thinks about rejecting me. I only ask if she's certain she wants to end the relationship. If the answer is yes that is the last sound I'll hear. No man should accept the chance of a second rejection from the same woman.
@antoerickson415219 сағат бұрын
When we hear the word "rejection" then we all agree that it is often men who got rejected because they are the one who approach a women and express their interest. All women has to do was to say yes or no or sometimes they may respond by saying that they'll think about it. This happens mostly to men, but I believe that some women also got rejected as well by men, but again it's mostly men. You wouldn't believe if I tell you that I saw my former crush from school with her husband today but it's true Anna. The biggest mistake every men made was that they took rejections very personally. We never know whether the woman who rejected us will bring all the happiness into our life or not, but we used to be worried when the woman of our interest rejected us. I don't know why I had that feeling most of the times. Nobody ever told me before the things you are saying right now. We have to think about improving ourselves and we has to know our value and worth as well. You helped me a lot in this journey. So, thank you very much Anna and thanks for the video as well.

Thanks for the rejection advise. Your hair looks good with the curl. It looks thicker in the car coz more of it is forward of your shoulders. It amuses me when you put out a old video on Shorts. Guys say they like your new short hair. I like your hair at it's longest, but you would possibly look good with a buzzcut! You always look good and your personality is more important.

I have a question if a woman rejects you once. Then a few months later or year she want you back ? Majority of time the men already move on or have a new girlfriend.
@YourWingmam16 сағат бұрын
What is the question? Take her back? You get to decide. Why does she come back? She realizes your previous or improved value against other options. Still, you decide.
@DonovanAenslaed13 сағат бұрын
Since when this is rocket science? You excuse yourself, turn around, move on and never look back. Relentless rejection? Time to accept women are not on the menu (for now) and focus on something else.

It's a numbers game, treat it as such.
@17cmmittlererminenwerfer8118 сағат бұрын
I disagree. It's more of a random chance, or a luck/prayer/fate game if you're inclined to think that way. In my life, I've seen it as being entirely a matter of destiny, not effort or numbers.
@YourWingmam18 сағат бұрын
It's a bit of both, really. If you never go out, the random chances of meeting someone are lower than if you do. :))

Dear Anna: Happy Sunday, darlin'! How is life treating you? How rude of people to interrupt you while you are performing such a geat service to thousands!!! And by the way, hair looks amazing. Real quick, what is your favorite omelette? Just curious since you brought it up. Great video again. I must say, at this point in my life, I sometimes find rejection as a blessing. If she did not want me, it was not going to work out even if I begged for the opportunity to change her mind. Best to save time, money and headaches. That is all for today. I am off to go for a run. I need to start a calorie deficit since I will be stuffing myself on Thursday for Thanksgiving. Speaking of which; Anna, my pretty pen pal from Canada. I want you to know that I am thankful for you and all that you do. I hope you have an amazing week, and I am already looking forward to next week's video. You looked beautiful in this video. Hug and a peck on each cheek. You rock, Anna!!!!

The best thing I have learned, is to not put all my eggs into one basket. Slowly yet surely learn about her one day at a time, one step at a time. No love bombing or being a simp. She may actually respect me for that. Always have options. She is not a movie star (neither am I), and I don't want to be treated like a fan.
