@@factsNcomments-imho Joe ruined Carlos with his white privilege. Joe just called it like it was, Carlos could have been any ethnicity it would have made no difference. So is the reverse true then? When Mencia left the call the host said they cant have him on the show anymore because a year prior the hosts were at an event that came up with the "Stereotypical Olympics". Dennis Leary just straight up Stole Bill Hicks’ whole persona after he died. I honestly don’t think comedians care much if you take a joke, structure it differently, change the punchline to make it your own if it’s a one off here or there. It would be like a songwriter covering a song. But, to make a career out of it is something completely different and to equate being a serial joke thief with a pop song cover band is disingenuous in the extreme.
@Neverlostjake2 жыл бұрын
Hicks was still alive when Leary jacked his act and said, ""I have a scoop for you. I stole his act. I camouflaged it with punchlines, and to really throw people off, I did it before he did.”
