@3mermaidmelodyfanatic3 I think most kids are accustomed to watching stuff on Netflix or Hulu at this point. The idea of having to wait for a show they wanna see to come on rather than just having it on demand instantly is probably not something they have the patience for these days! I honestly wish streaming was around in the 90s when I was growing up. I hated having to wait in anticipation all day or all week for a show I really wanted to see.

Everyone brings up the peanut butter dare. Yeah it's weird, but has reasonable doubt of "a joke that went too far," a gag of "hey dogs like peanut butter, I dare you to cover yourself and have a dog lick it off you because that's absurd," trying to find fear factor stuff that could be done by kids. No one is bringing up "sing the national anthem while wearing a diaper." There's no way around that, that was clearly fethis, either humiliation or diaper. All the other dares I remember had an element of "biological reflex instinct that it's not good," like "gross because we instinctually know that it's unsanitary," but there is nothing "biologically coded" for "sing a song wearing an article of clothing is not right," that's 100% "this is a violation of societal norms and decency."

Yeah, we all know about the downfall of Nickelodeon thanks to “Quiet on Set” and yes some of it is Dan Schneider’s fault for making ICarly, Victorious, Sam and Cat, Henry Danger, and Game Shakers, plus the downfall of some respective tv/movie studios are also happening with Cartoon Network and Disney Channel, basically, some problems includes bad writing and bad directors, even with some movies that weren’t meant to exist, or in tv’s cases, episodes and the show in general. Why can’t things go back to the way they were, and by that I mean, make something that doesn’t suck or gets filled with so much disappointment.
