And in April 2024, they are still struggling and have taken to Instagram and crowdfunding sites to acquire everything they need, from boots, helmets and gloves to rain coats and technology. Honestly, I think that this is happening because of the Holocaust, not in spite of it. The Holocaust created a complete divide between Jewish people and non Jewish people. Even pro-Palestine Jewish people say they suffer from grappling with the struggle between what is right, and what everyone who is Like Them believes. This indoctrination of 'we need to create a holy land for ourselves and only ourselves, we are victims, we cannot do any wrong because we deserve this' was only possible because any single Jewish person could look at the Holocaust and think that maybe that line of thinking is correct.
