People always cite Pattinson’s performance in Good Time as the role really helped him to shed the image of the sparkling twink vampire from Twilight but it’s shame more people don’t know or don’t recognize the role he played in this. He does such a brilliant job portraying the simpleminded and naive yet optimistic and infinitely likeable Ray that it’s a shame I more people aren’t aware of this powerful and meditative film. Guy Pearce also kills it in this.

the only thing that I hated about this movie is how they barely looted anything. Like at this part, they could've tooken things from that military truck and sold it. Military guns, medkits, comms, food, etc.. so many good things they could use/sell. Same thing when they raided that military base. It's irked me that they took literally nothing lmao

And I'm sure people wouldn't mind buying stolen military goods since there really isn't any law for the most part. If they did get caught somehow, they could just lie about where they got it. there would be no proof of where they got the stuff.

And you're talking about small isolated military outposts carrying out that "Law and Order". If they found out you had their own equipment and might have killed other soldier they would probably put you against a wall and shoot you on principal.

@@fitchner9406 you clearly lack common sense. This is an apocalyptic movie. Absolutely no one will care where you're sourcing your stuff from. Did you even watch the movie? Most people in the movie were pretty amoral to begin with. Even nowadays, people will buy stolen military or surplus military goods without a second through of where it came from. I can imagine in a dystopian world where things are scarce, it'd be 100x worse. It's unrealistic for them to not loot anything.
