Been harvesting all day since 11 so far 259 acres down . Our soybeans have yielded 90 bushels an acre on the farm we are at today . I started runing our salford tillage tool at 5 am until the dew dried out at 11 . Dad's drilling in winter wheat on those fields. Our 9870sts and a s680 combines are runing very good so far . I have a 1500 acre custom job to do next week . Keep on keeping on. Good job on the vids thank you Chet and nikki for getting one out every day it's a nice treat for a guy to watch another farmer while driving his own combine. Nice video stay safe and farm on my friends !

I learned over the years of missery, to only carry the exact sockets, wrenches ect that i used regulary, cause ya carry all that other with you all that seems to disapear is the ones you use. and the ones that caused ya grief stay put, so i only took ones i used. And best was i only needed a carryable, and small sized box. and if needed more there was a full box in my make shift service truck with the bent hood i bent towing it behind the combine and never thought going down through a steeper dip into a field and pushed the choper down on my hood. at least was not the windshield that got hit cause i never turned. it was quite a sight tractor, with combine, with pickup tied to it and a sorta trailer tied to the pick up with a fuel tank on it. but it worked for the years i helped dad. sure doug remembers early years farming when you made and used the resorces you had.

Thank you and your family for all the awesome edited footage. I grew up around farms when I was younger, but never really got involved. As a kid (73 I would’ve been 10) we helped the farmer next door load straw bales onto the old wagons. I also helped a couple times at a dairy farm down the road. But being able to watch all the work on yours and other farm videos, gives me a whole new perspective of life on the farm. Your families pride shows through in all that your family does. Thank you very much.
