Nothing is sad about her life she just chose to raise her children and stop acting for a while. Her husband is in the business corporate field and he’s able to take care of them very well. I hate when people like to create videos on black celebrities just because we haven’t seen them in a while to assume that their lives are in shambles just because they are black.

Kellie S Williams was just as essential to the show as Jaleel White. I loved watching Laura and Steve together. Kellie was fantastic on this show. She gave Laura Winslow many layers. She had varying "looks" throughout the series. Some better than others, but her talent was always consistent. Unlike some people, I liked Laura much better than Myra. Kellie was (and is) the best

I'm happy for Kelly Williams that she has built a life for herself outside the television enterprise. Hollywood does tend to want to put African American actors and actresses in a box and want people to think they have hit rock bottom. When the truth of the matter is they can and do enjoy life outside of Hollywood. I applaud and hats off to Kelly and for this wonderful talented and gifted actress for wanting to experience being a wife and a mother. These are two of the most wonderful gifts a young woman can experience. I wish they would do a remake or sequel to Family Matters. It was one of my favorite shows that my kids and I used to sit, watch and enjoy. Steve Urkel was so funny and Laura and him really made me laugh.

The only thing sad that happened to her is she got typed casted and no one was making roles that matched to her ability nor did they give her a chance to see if she had that dynamic ability. This happens to many actors that do well on sitcoms and tv shows you become that character and that is all hollywood sees you as.

True. Jo Marie Payton...(Harriet)..did a lot of TV, and Movie support role stuff before, and after FM, including the show FM was spun off of. Telma Hopkins...(Auntie Racheal)..was, on a lot of stuff before FM. She part of 70's music group who had a tv show, called Tony Orlando and Dawn, and was even on a sitcom with Tom Hanks...(who wore a dress in it)..before he got serious and realized the money was in doing dramatic movies, and not sitcom TV. Been on tons of stuff since FM. Reginald VelJohnson..(Carl).. did the first 2 Die Hard movies with Bruce Willis, while working on FM. Like Telma, he's been on a lot of stuff to since FM. Grandma...Rosetta LeNoire... (Grandma)... was the most established having done Movies, TV, and Theatre, since the early 1950s. I mean they been working. You won't find them in any lead roles tho. They are pretty much all support type actors....(not to many lines).. Put Reginald in a Denzel Role?...wouldn't work.

I honestly don’t see anything sad about her life! She chose to get married and have a family! She chose her children over acting! What’s wrong with that?! I mean there have many Hollywood women who chose their marriage/family/children over their careers! Phoebe Cates did it! Cameron Diaz did it! And Elizabeth Hurley did it! And those are just a few I named! Kellie is a great actress! And if and when she chooses to come back to Hollywood and act again, well that’s her choice! But don’t call her life sad because she chose her family over acting! I think that made her a better woman, wife and mother to herself , to her husband and to her children!
