Students should also have a fixed time when to study and when you have lesuire time During lockdown, teachers consider students to be at home so, they take more classes (School-7 hours and tution- 4-5 hours), But they do not realize that these extra classes and screen time are impacting our mental health

Politics 🤦🏻, India is called Cheap labour cost country, it's for a reason.. saste me truck bhar logon se pay se had se jyada kaam kara sakte ho, & over work ko medal diya jata he.. more work less salary isko itna normalise kardiya he ki koi apne kaam ka worthy salary mang bhi nhi sakta, bcz they'll be judged weak performer.. it's just pure pathetic & people saying about quit job & do something if you can are being judged here so here's the prime example of that normalisation..

My plans are difficult yet very impactful , my way of understanding people says that we should understand that more of me time and family time is important than corporate life , specially if I'm starting a app based startup my first motive is that 8 hours working daily but divided into 2 groups wherein some employees will do the work only from 9-1 and then others will come to do the work from 1-5 , this ensures that employees will not do the same work everytime , i want that every employ is skilled enough to do any work in the organisation as per convience and this also maintains their mental health and also gives them time to work on their physical health as well , doing the same work for 40 years doesn't make sense to me , i want to keep employees flexible and also a bit rigid if it comes to the organization

Abroad: Damn its pandemic, our employees must be stuck at home, cooking, carrying out daily chores, looking after their family, their pets, managing their wards and children, we shouldn't be giving them so much work. India: Arey ghar pe toh hai toh aur kaam do inko. Although there are certain benefits to the WFH module, our country is still lacking proper laws around working hours, maybe because we don't have much literature to sustain our arguments unlike abroad where there is so much study available. I heard something similar is happening in Japan where young employees need to deliberately stay back at the office or work because their seniors won't leave. Freelancing is still kind of risk concerning the fact that clients in India are terrible, they come with expectations that are beyond one's capabilities, come up with changes last minute, and then add salt to the wound won't pay you on time once the work is done. Human resource needs to step up, people need to instill EMPATHY, understand that we are all here living a different life, the idea of running behind money has made the world so envious especially during the pandemic, there is a huge population of youth which is having a tough time juggling between insane WFH hours and responsibilities of being a son/daughter. We can be a country with rapid growth in terms of tech but if our mindsets are still shallow and non-adaptive to contemporary times we can't do shit. Stand up, empathize, and breathe.
