I don't think you get enough credit for the effort, knowledge, and research you put into your videos. For those of us that have suffered from the symptoms you discuss from gut related causes, these videos are gems. These debilitations can make someone feel isolated and misunderstood. Cannot express how much support is felt when you share your own experiences; it evokes hope to those out there who have been told that they will never heal. Again, incredibly informative content, vastly superior to the others. Thank you.

That really means a lot to me. I do my best to try to validate people's experiences and give them some guidance when I can, so I'm so glad it resonated with you. I dealt with a parasite and other gut issues myself, so I totally hear you. Thanks again for your kind words!

@DrRuscioDC with your help, I am starting to believe I can heal from, and maybe even borderline cute, my Crohn's. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but... it means a lot, my physical and mental wellbeing, to have this information. Thank you.

This is so much high brow information, its amazing. Definently a good excersize for my brain. As i continue to watch and learn, you become easier to understand 😅. Thank you so much for what you do, I'm starting to develope my own personal protocals and diets to help with my crohns. I watch your videos and take notes like a college course. They are more valuable to me than a college course. Thank you for making them available and accessible. Please dont stop what youre doing.

Went to the emergency room a few times thinking im having a heart attack. Chest pain, heavy breathing. Told everytime its anxiety, I'm in excellent health. Panic attacks every day and never thought about my constant stomach problems might be causing these. Like clock work, stomach starts gurgling, then the belching, abdominal pain and surprise, here comes the panic

Hi Dr Rusico. I’ve just watched this very informative video. I had an extremely bad bout of sibo for 5 & 1/2 months. I’d rather die than suffer that again. I’ve started taking a very good probiotic, no fillers or binders. I started 2 weeks ago. My question is can I now stop taking omeprazole? As I think this is contributing to my brain fog/memory difficulties. Thanks very much. I’ll watch more of your videos.

I love your information on probiotics, but, are you being completely transparent given that you are aggressively selling probiotics to the public? Do you not think you are a bit conflicted? Is the public once again being fleeced for the sake of someone making money? How can we trust the information? Perhaps you should disclose during each of your shows that you sell probiotics.

I'm sorry you felt that I wasn't disclosing my probiotics. However, the reason I don't always discuss them in the podcast is to avoid the feeling that I'm "aggressively selling" them. My probiotics are simply one option people can choose, and were created to make my recommended protocol easier to do.
