Great podcast. I have some trouble with Vitamin D. I can’t get above 56.9 on my blood work.

I ise to be low like you because I moved to a dark gloomy cold climate place. Dr said I needed double the sun of an average person si ce i am from Hawaiians asian hawaiian and use to the sun. I started taking 30-50 thousand mcg i stead of the average 2-5000 mcg recommendation for average person. And my levels got up to 96 and from there i lowered to 5000mcg a day. But when I go back home i. The summers dor 2 months i’m at the beach daily and even with a ton of sof and reapplying you still get vitamin D so I dont supplement at all. You just need to get sun on the any body part for 20-30 minutes 2-3 days a week ao i try on my inner forearm since it doesnt need spf and i dont ever burn so it’s easy. 😁
