Thanks heaps for the encouragement Mere ❤ I lost 20kg last year on your program then fell off the wagon and put nearly 10kg back on 🙃 I had already decided I was going to try again from the ground up and listening to this has helped me feel even more determined! I'm going to beat this bad self-talk and mis- information! 💪
