To start making, I need to prepare the following ingredients:
WRAPPER
for cake mold 150g
295 g cake sugar water
55 g cooking oil
2 egg yolks
20g smooth peanut butter
10ml cinnamon apricot wine
10ml sesame oil
2g baking soda
440 g all-purpose flour
Sweep-Face MATERIAL
1 tablespoon egg yolk
2 tablespoons egg whites
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 drops of baking sugar
HOW TO COOK PACK SUGAR
0.5 Kg white sugar
0.5 kg of yellow sugar
600ml water
2 lemons
Put all the ingredients in a pot, then bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer until the sugar water is placed in the bowl of cold water.
Be careful not to overcook, bake the cake sugar to match like honey.
