I really enjoyed this podcast. I see a little bit of my 41 year addiction to POWERLIFTING in them. All I can say is stay dedicated and keep our great sport ALIVE. IT is already in your blood be safe and enjoy.
Don’t like training arms? Wtf. Since when is training about how you feel? I think some anti estrogens are needed. 🤦♂️ Also to not realize how important it is to train not only your arms but all your muscles. Even tibia. This is why folks don’t get stronger because they’re stuck waxing their egos doing the “fun” stuff.

If youre training your tibias you have gone too far down the rabbit hole. Touch grass

@@3ncore706 I totally disagree!!!! If you train calves then train tibia. It’s important to avoid injuries. Plus doing 3 sets of tibia raises takes a couple of minutes and is important for ankle mobility.

@@corneliusparkin2401 How much evidence do you have that its “important” to train your tibias? You said if you train your calves you should train your tibias, what if the person does not train calves? Is it still important? Is it more or less important? What is your evidence? You said it helps with ankle stability. How much evidence is there for this? Why exactly should i care about my ankles being MAXIMALLY stable? Ive never known a single person in my family who suffered from unstable ankles. No strong person ive ever met has trained their tibias. None of the healthiest people ive ever met have trained their tibias. Im not going to 🤷🏻♂️
