Anybody can attract a woman but it takes more than just first impression to keep a woman. Women are drawn to Men with purpose. You can’t actually pour from an empty cup, men need to work on themselves, they need to build their inner person. The validation they seek outwardly can be found within themselves, all they need to do is to find themselves and know who they are. When you know who you are, your strengths, weaknesses, goals, values and goals then and only will you be able to confidently talk to a woman and she will see through you and notice that you are a that GUY. Discovering your true self is a continuous process. Here are some steps to get you started; Self reflection: ask yourself about the things that truly makes you happy Mindfulness; practicing mindfulness increases awareness of your thoughts and emotions. Journaling ; write down your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Explore your passion; engage in activities that brings you happiness. Gratitude; Focus on the things you are thankful for. Remember, you are enough.
