I found that when changing to less calorie dense foods takes about a couple of weeks for the good micribiome bacteria in my gut to take over. The guts communicates to the brain and for a short time before the good bacteria takes over. the bad gut bacteria will be saying to your brain, "More sugar!". That's the short withdrawal from eating bad foods. P.S. Having that ice cream or pastery, will cause the bad bacteria to increase again!

It would be a (health) dream come true, if some lectures would be voiced over to German (or any other language for others) so I could share them. Your talk is one of them, "How to loose weight without losing your mind" from Dr. Lisle would be another. I think with those two voiced in different languages, the most important messages would be available to all people. Love your work, keep on rocking. :) Love from Germany

The weighed and measured 12 step food program I am even in weight reduction phase consists of 8oz fruit, 1.5 lb raw veg and 1lb cooked veg per day plus additional proteins and fats. There are even options to increase the fruit and veg depending on some of the choices. I am free to choose either 8oz of apple or to find the biggest one I can get hold of which can be over 1lb if I find giant apples. Lunch salad I choose between 8oz raw salad or 3 whole raw vegetables of any size which could be 2lb worth if pick 3 really big vegetables. I get anywhere between 4 and 7 lb of food a day on my weighed and measured food plan. Most of that food is vegetables, some fruit and then moderate amount of protein and too much added fat in my opinion. I agree with what is being said but there is some miss information about the food fellowships. Certainly those I have been in have a lot of vegetables and volume of food. In FA I got 3-4lb of food per day, in GSA I get 3.5-7lb of food per day depending on options I choose. some of the food plan they give us is total nonsense though and there is no denying that

Robbie and Cyrus are type one diabetics, meaning their pancreas does not make/release insulin. When I eat fruit, as a type two diabetic, my blood sugar skyrockets!!
@StancyTalk8 күн бұрын
Type two diabetes is insulin resistance. You are making enough if not too much insulin to meet your needs. The problem is yourselves aren’t receiving it. And this is most likely because of saturated fat. Look at the research, it’s the fat in the cells that caused them to not, receive the glucose. Once you have been on this diet for a period of time, which is SOS free, you will become sensitive again. Look up some documentaries here on KZbin that are free. Dr Gabriel cousins 30 days raw, super juice me, in 28 days, all of the type two diabetics are off of their meds
