How do people never stop to think about the fact that maybe, just maybe, it's mostly men who do basement dweller nerdy things like working in silicon valley? Just like it's by far mostly women who are beauty makeup youtubers or whatever. The only "solution" to this non problem is doing what Lilly Singh does and purposely hire people who are female and brown. Over half her crew is non white, yet around 75% of the country is white. So shes purposely discriminating people because of the color of their skin or way they were born. Will hire someone who is less qualified than this other person because "we need more asians!
