Great info! Have some great fire stations close to me, so have switched from droppping off donuts and bags of their favorite coffees, to oranges and bananas with a bag of coffee. 20 lbs down since around May 1st - need to start weight lifting exercises for muscle. Thank you!

For me that was1 of the most informative videos I have seen. I may have been vegan for six years &plant based for four years but I learnt more today than I expected.

Awesome presentation! Thank you! I love all of the Esselstyn family, and I have Ann and Jane's cookbook. I changed to Plant Based Whole Food eating gradually. I WISH I could have done it all at once! Some of us are slow to learn. I have had some health issues, I am about 95% compliant now. My kids tell everybody that they can't believe how well I am doing now!

Rip, Please get your mom ski poles that are properly sized and please do her the favor of getting carbide ferrule tips at the bottom of the poles. The poles she is using in the video are about 12 inches to long for her and she has snow baskets as footing. Snow basket footings have very poor ability to transfer energy properly into payment. Good on her for adapting to that tire load. She may enjoy SpikeBasing which is try land for SpikeBoarding Skiing. Wonderful video here. Consider investigating transport sports and comparing them to field sports in their respective life long logistics and applications. American live five miles from work, 50% of us do. We move and eat as we are taught. Keep up the great work. You might enjoy VeloSpiking Multi sport.

This is in fact the real truth about health. Would have loved to hear that sea moss is added to this lifestyle as it contains much needed minerals.

This was a great talk Rip. I'm going to watch it twice. Ive experienced all the health benefits and lost about 40 pounds. No medicine, normal b.p. and cholesterol. Yay! My issue is my environment. Especially now that i live with two ppl that are not clean eaters and I'm dragging them into this way of eating. When we eat out they revert but in the house and I'm cooking everything theres no salt sugar, oil, meat eggs or dairy. They (my mom and husband) have all sorts of packages of food crackers candy cookies nuts trail mix, etc. i cant have it around ive gained some weight. It is too salt + sweet + fat and convenient to grab. it's definitely impossible to resist snacking on the crap. ❤ Please help me. Ha ha.

I am thinking about reducing meat intake, hopefully I will give up completely. I don’t usually cook and it’s hard to learn all these new things ❤.

What are your thought on MCTs? Do you have any information on that, I saw a video from a Dr Gundry, are you familiar with his studies?

McD's french frys have "Beef flavoring", look it up! So, if you think you are eating vegan by getting the fry's, you are wrong.

This is definitely outdated information!

Your information is outdated. They now say cholesterol is not the enemy we once thought. Also limited saturated fat is ok and some is good for you called C-15 fatty acid. Second my cholesterol and glucose and triglycerides are all good and i eat dairy, fish and meat. God blessed meat to eat. I do easily have 30 different plants in my diet each week. I eat beef one pound a month. I eat more chicken and try to eat fatty fish at least 4 times a month. The key is variety and moderation. Hard cheeses much healthier than other cheeses. Eggs great nutrition and protein. If God never intended man to drink milk why did he call the promise land the land if milk and honey. You are letting your personal biases show. I do believe your diet is relatively healthy. But vegans have to really supplement to get nutrients found in meat required for optimum health. Also limiting or deleting sugar and seed oils from ones diet and processed and fast foods makes a huge benefit to a person's health. Also soy is not the enemy they once thought either. It prevents breast cancer. Peanuts and bacon can make cancer cells grow. Grass fed chickens and beef healthier. Eggs from free range chickens healthier. Ghee healthier than butter. Grass fed butter healthier. Hemp hearts great omega 3 fatty acids.

Chicken farms are unmitigated cruelty. Vegans don't supplement anything but b-12 omnivores need b-12 also. B-12 is from soil microbes not beef. Beef is fed supplements of b-12 in their feed. So you're still getting your b-12 thru a supplement when eating beef flesh. A carcinogen. All cardiologists who have read the studies still tell us to avoid saturated fat. Even the veg sat fat sources palm oil and coconut oil as well as farmed fish, chicken beef and turkey, eggs and cheese. Avoid. UTIs that kill the elderly are caused by cooking and eating chicken. Avoid chicken. Ppl with chronic UTI need to quit chicken and clean everything in their house with bleach. Dairy causes breast and prostate Cancer. Avoid. Dairy industry is unspeakably cruel. Dairy is beef. dairy is pregnant cows. Thei babies take from the at one day for veal and then kept pregnant then slaughtered for meat when milk production drops off. Eat the plants.
